Sea Of Thieves: Smuggler's Tide Characters
One of the greatest showcases of what I did during my stay with Rare's Character Team and the true power of the Infinite Pirate Generator.
I was responsible for the look development of both Lottie and Solomon. Using the immense wardrobe Sea Of Thieves has gained through the years, and working closely with multiple teams on how they should look, I created a few versions, from which we could then derive the final looks of Lottie and Solomon. As multiple artists before me have said, all the human characters in Sea Of Thieves are created and driven by our IPG system (Infinite Pirate Generator). As such, no one artist completely owns a full character and they are all the result of a collaborative effort across our internal character team at Rare and outsource.
That said, it was such a nice process and I am once again thankful for having the chance to be part of it.
